A.S. Advanced Security companies are successfully certified under DIN ISO 9001. Through regular control audits the continuation of the quality certificate was recommended by TÜV Management Service. Our quality standards are the result of many decades of experience and they were laid down in internal directives long before the quality management system was introduced. The compliance to in-house quality standards is continuously documented. A.S. Advanced Security was ranked by the Management-Trade Association as a company with exemplary management.

Employee selection
Before being hired, all prospective employees are tested for their aptitude for perception of security tasks above and beyond legal restrictions to the extent which is permitted and possible in a private company. We offer you as client the possibility to influence the A.S. employee selection. We would be pleased to grant you the right to view our extensive form catalog or our procedure directives for hiring, surveying and briefing of A.S. employees. We preferably assign employees with government office training to positions involving personal safety and to managerial positions in plant and object security.
